Moong Sprout & Paneer Chaat

A crunchy, protein-packed chaat using moong sprouts and grilled paneer tossed with chutneys and chaat masala.
This dish fills the protein gap with sprouts and paneer while staying light and refreshing.
Perfect as an afternoon snack or light lunch, this chaat brings together tangy, spicy, and creamy flavors.
Ingredients
- •1 cup moong sprouts, blanched
- •150g paneer, cubed and grilled
- •1 small onion, finely chopped
- •1 tomato, chopped
- •2 tbsp coriander chutney
- •2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- •1 tsp chaat masala
- •Juice of 1 lemon
- •Salt and pepper to taste
- •Fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds to garnish
Instructions
- 1.Lightly grill paneer cubes until golden.
- 2.In a bowl combine sprouts, onions, tomato, and paneer.
- 3.Add chutneys, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss well.
- 4.Garnish with coriander and pomegranate seeds and serve chilled.
