Ingredients
- •250g paneer, cubed
- •1/2 cup thick yogurt, juice of 1 lemon
- •1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
- •Salt, black pepper, fresh mint for dip
Instructions
- 1.Marinate paneer with yogurt, lemon, herbs, oil and salt for 30 minutes.
- 2.Skewer and grill or pan-sear until charred edges appear.
- 3.Blend mint with yogurt to make a cool dip and serve.
