Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt, juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
  • Salt, black pepper, fresh mint for dip

Instructions

  1. 1.Marinate paneer with yogurt, lemon, herbs, oil and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. 2.Skewer and grill or pan-sear until charred edges appear.
  3. 3.Blend mint with yogurt to make a cool dip and serve.
