Bajra rotis add fiber and minerals to this hearty, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soya granules, rehydrated
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1.Rehydrate soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes, squeeze excess water.
  2. 2.Heat oil, add cumin, then onions. Sauté till golden, add ginger-garlic.
  3. 3.Add tomatoes, spices, cook to a thick masala, then add soya. Simmer 7–8 minutes.
  4. 4.Finish with garam masala and garnish.
