Soya Keema Masala with Bajra Rotis

Textured soya granules cooked in a robust masala and served with millet (bajra) rotis for a nutritious, protein-forward meal.
Soya granules are an affordable, high-protein base that soaks up spices beautifully.
Bajra rotis add fiber and minerals to this hearty, satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- •1 cup soya granules, rehydrated
- •1 large onion, finely chopped
- •2 tomatoes, chopped
- •1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- •1 tsp cumin seeds
- •1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala
- •2 tbsp oil
- •Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1.Rehydrate soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes, squeeze excess water.
- 2.Heat oil, add cumin, then onions. Sauté till golden, add ginger-garlic.
- 3.Add tomatoes, spices, cook to a thick masala, then add soya. Simmer 7–8 minutes.
- 4.Finish with garam masala and garnish.
